- No Legal Ownership: Purchase of a certificate dynamically generates a unique mathematical calculation based on user input. It does not confer, imply, or grant any legal, academic, physical, astronomical, or intellectual property ownership over any geometric shape, mathematical principle, degree, polygon, or coordinate.
- Private Registry: All entries, serial numbers, and registrations exist solely within the private database of NameAShape.com and hold no official standing with any academic, scientific, or governmental institution.
2. Digital Goods and Delivery
- Instant Fulfillment: Upon successful payment, our automated system instantly processes your data, generates your custom Fourier Waveform and Spatial Telemetry Plot, and compiles your digital PDF certificate.
- Delivery Method: The final product is delivered instantly on-screen for download and/or sent via email to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrectly entered email addresses or spam filters.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Global Currencies

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- Our Property: NameAShape.com retains all intellectual property rights to the Website design, logo styles, coding, certificate layout templates, mathematical processing scripts, and marketing copy.
- Your License: When you purchase a certificate, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual personal license to download, print, frame, and share that specific certificate on personal social media channels. You may not resell the certificate, the generated graphics, or use them for commercial financial gain.
6. Limitation of Liability
